RUSH PRODUCTION
We can rush the production so your order is process quicker if the buyer needs the product in a pinch. Rush production fees are $30.00 for order totals under $300.00 and $50.00 for orders under $1,000.00. Rush fee and order total must be paid in full before we can manufacuter process your order and ship.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We shipp exclusivley through UPS unless the buyer requests a different service, we can ship USPS or Fed-Ex. Expected shipping times are 2-3 days for most products using Ground Shipping. We can rush your shipping if needed.

COLORS
We have done our best to correctly represent the colors on all products on our site as how they will look when manufactured, however, we cannot garruntee that your computer monitor, or other electronic display produces the correct colors.

PROOFS
Images of what your product will look like when manufactured. Proofs of all products are not included, they are $20.00. All custom artwork includes free proofs.

All artwork provided by Impulse GraphX LLC. is the sole property of Impulse GraphX LLC. and may not be copied or reproduced in any manner unless written permission is given from Impulse GraphX LLC. All artwork is also created soley by Impulse GraphX LLC, we do not reproduce artwork or use outside sources and is protected under US Copyright Laws.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We only accept returns on products when we make the error. If you provide the wrong information you are liable for it. There are NO REFUNDS considering that all products are custom made for each customer. To return or exchance an item you will need to call us at the above phone number or email us at the above email address.
